中文摘要 | 在一已知工件形狀的條件下,利用 "格點配置 (grid generation)" 與 "有限差分技巧 (FDT) "之雙重效果,從事電化學加工(electrochemical machining)刀具形狀設計之研究,不僅可降低一般數值計算的誤差,更可提供快速、準確的刀具模型,本文主要探討唯一電場效應下,當改變不同的工件形狀時,只要給定任意刀具原始形狀,再經由 "體適合法" 轉換處理後,所設計之最終刀具模型,皆可使兩電極得到良好的反轉藉合 (inverse-coupling) 結果。值得一提的是,刀具形狀設計一直是電化學加工領域中不易克服之問題,往往需賴不斷的試誤 (try & error) 過程,方可達到需求之刀具,形成製造成本提高與加工效率低之缺失,而本文研究之結果,適可提供業者一套便利的設計參考模式。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, potential effect between two electrodes is considered only and a good inverse coupling tool is designed. We can not only reduce numerical calculation errors, but also provide tool shapes rapidly and precisely by using body-fitted method. The effect of different workpieces and time steps on the accuracy of the tool shapes is studied. Results show that no matter how difference of initial tool shapes, we can get final one well by proper transformation. Finally, it is worth to say that present method provides an easy model to design electrochemical machining tools and improves the shortages, high manufacturing value and low working efficiency, of try and error procedures. |
