| 中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討利用廢棄塑膠物與廢棄木料製造複合木質板材之可行性,試驗中採用尿素樹脂,將剪切成小片之塑膠袋(重量混合比為 5與10%)、聚丙烯塑膠粒(10%)與聚乙烯塑膠粉(10、20、30與50%)分別與廢木粒片製造比重0.65,1cm(厚)X30cmX30cm^3之粒片板,並進行厚度膨脹率、內聚強度與靜曲強度等試驗。試驗結果如下: 1.以塑膠袋小片與粒片混合製得之粒片板,其內聚強度明顯降低,且重量混合比10%之降低幅度較5%者大。 2.以10%聚丙烯混合製得粒片板之內聚強度與厚度膨脹率均有良好之結果,但其MOR與MOE均顯著降低。 3.粒片板中混合10%聚乙烯時,所獲得之效果較同混合比之塑膠袋小片與聚丙聚者為佳。當聚乙烯重量混合比增大時,內聚強度降低,但可獲得降低厚度膨脹率之效果,而MOR無減少傾向,可是MOE則明顯減少。 |
| 英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to investigate the feasibility of combining discarded plastics and waste wood in manufacturing plastic-wood composite particleboard. Plastic bag fragment (in 5 and 10% mixed ratio by weight), polypropylene granule (10%), and polyethylene powder (10, 20, 30 and 50%) were mixed seperately with waste wood particles by urea-formaldehyde resin to form 1X30X30Xcm^3 particleboards, with a secific gravity of 0.65. Thickness swelling, internal bond strength and bending strength were then determined from tests of respective specimens. Results are summarized as follows: 1. Internal bond strength of particleboard mixed with plastic bag fragment decreased obviously, and in boards with 10% mixed ratio decreased more than that with 5% ratio. 2. Results of thinkness swelling and internal bond strength of particleboard mixed with 10% polypropylene were satisfactorily acceptable, however, MOR and MOE dropped significantly. 3. Better results were obtained in particleboards mixed with 10% polyethylene than that with similar ratio of other plastics. Increasing of polyethylene ratio decreased internal bond strength, had good effect on thinkness swelling, but no effect on MOR, and negative effect on MOE. |
