中文摘要 | 當船尾的螺槳在不均勻流速的跡流中旋轉時,會產生許多不穩定的振動,本研究 首先探討大軸托架對螺槳作用面上跡流的影響;再進一步研究以控制托架的軸向位置,角度 位置,同軸的二支托架間夾角度數,以及托架截面形狀等措施,期望達到改善跡流不穩定性 流場。研究中以簡單的等強度平板源流法理論,導出三度空間流場中的誘導速度,同時也考 慮船殼邊界效應,並設計出電腦計算程式,可迅速得到螺槳作用面上各點之誘導速度,由實 例計算結果顯示,大軸托架對螺槳性能的影響相當有限;經研究若改變托架軸向位置及截面 形狀以提昇托架對螺槳之影響,則將對螺槳效率造成負面作用。進一步之研究可利用托架與 跡流入射攻角,及非對稱截面形狀,在船尾跡流中直接產生軸向推力,以求提昇推進效能。 |
英文摘要 | When the propeller behind the stern of a ship rotates in a highly non-uniform wake, numerous unsteady vibrations will be produced. In this research, the effect of the shaft strut on the characteristics of the propeller in the stern wake was studied first. Then, different axial and angular positions of the strut, angles between two struts on the same shaft, and cross-sections of the strut were designed in order to improve the non-uniform flow wake. Based on the constant source strength panel method, the induced velocity of three- dimensional flow field was derived, including the ship boundary effect. A computer program was designed to calculate the induced velocities on the propeller plane. From the results of a real case, the effect of the strut on the characteristics of the propeller is very limited. The study shows that the effect can be increased by changing the axial position and the cross-section of the strut, but that the propeller efficiency is reduced at the same time. The suggestion for further study is that the non-symmetric cross-section form of the strut and the angle of attack between the strut and the stern wake can be used to produce axial thrust directly in the stern wake in order to improve the proulsion efficiency. |
