英文摘要 | The fluoride glasses based on ZrF�� and/or HfF�� heavy metal exhibit high transparency over the frequency range from UV to the mid-IR. In order to understand the primary mechanisms influencing their infrared transparency, polarized Raman scattering was carried out to study the structure of these glasses. From the peak position of the Raman spectra, we will identify the different types ofvibrational motion in the glass. Compare the Raman shift between the glass and the crystalline fluoride ,we are able to obtain the coordination number of their structure. The relationship between the low frequency Raman shift(Boson Peak) and the degree of disorder in glass will be discussed in light of theexisting theory. |
