中文摘要 | 本研究將碳纖維施以適當的前處理,並利用化學沈積方式在碳纖維表面 塗佈銅,可增加碳纖維在金屬複合材料中的相容性。再經由及EDX(Energy Dispersive X-ray)元素分析,分別證實碳纖維上已確實鍍著銅,由SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope)觀察碳纖維的表面型態,可獲得緻密均一的金屬層;最後以強 度測試單根纖維強度也與文獻上之複合法則(Rule of Mixture)相符合。 本研究證明銅可作為碳纖維強化金屬(Carbon Fiber Reinforeed Metal)複合材料之中 間介質,及碳纖維表面積的大小與鍍浴中金屬離子濃度會影響其金屬產率和金屬 鍍層的厚度。 |
英文摘要 | After proper pretreatment, the surface of cab on fiber, using the chemical deposition method, was coated with copper to improve the compatibility of the carbon fiber with metal matries in composite. By using EDX measurement, it was proved that copper was coated on the surface of the carbon fiber .It was also observed from SEM that the surface of fiber was coated by metal. Finally, the tensile strength was measured and the results are also consistent with Rule of Mixture reported in the literature. It was confirmed that copper could be the intermediate of the carbon fiber reinforced metal composite. It was also proved that the yield ratio and coating thickness of the metal depend on both the metallic concentration and the size of the area of the carbon fiber. |
