中文摘要 | 分析現場取回之鋁黃銅管得知管內之腐蝕生成物含有硫,可知海水中硫 化物之污染為造成冷卻管嚴重腐蝕之主要因素。實驗室以轉動電極模擬測試則進 一步証實硫化物及流速會增加材料腐蝕速率。鋁黃銅90Cu/10Ni及70Cu/30Ni在無 硫化物之海水中其腐蝕速率均很低,但是在海水中添加了硫化物之後,腐蝕速率 明顯提高,而且隨轉速之增加兩增加,但是高鉻不�袗�(UNSS44660)在 3000rpm(~3m/s轉速範圍以內則不受硫化物及轉速影響,而且腐蝕速率相當低。現 場管端之沖蝕腐蝕實驗以及旁通管(bypass)孔蝕實驗結果顯示鋁黃銅、 90Cu/10Ni、70Cu/30Ni都有明顯的腐蝕,而高鉻不�袗�(UNSS44660)則無腐蝕發 生。現場腐蝕偵測數據分析顯示冷卻器操作情形及海水品質變化會影響材料腐蝕 速率,由實驗室模擬測試及現場測試可看出,在目前台中電廠海水品質狀況下, 評估的材料中以高鉻不�袗�(UNSS44660)較適合為鋁黃銅之替代材料。 |
英文摘要 | The corrosion products found both on the aluminum brasstube of power plant and the 90/10 cuprous nickel tube after itsexposure test in field have been analyzed. The results showedthat the corrosion products contain sulfide and this indicatedthe presence of sulfide in seawater was the major cause of thesevere corrosion of the cooler tubes. Laboratory simulation tests also indicate that the presence of sulfide and the increase of the flow velocity mayenhance the corrosion rates of aluminum brass 70/30 and 90/10cuprous nickel alloys. On the other hand, the corrosion rates ofUNSS44660 material were very low despite of the increase ofthe flow velocity (<3m/s equivalent) and of the addition ofsulfide into seawater. The result of field testing, includingerosion, corrosion test of tube sheet and pitting test of bypasstube, showed that aluminum brass, 90/10 and 70/30 cuprousnickel alloy all corroded significantly. In the present corrosion condition, the laboratory simulation and field testing suggested that only UNSS44660 tube hasthe acceptable corrosion resistance among the materialsevaluated. |
