| 中文摘要 | 火力電廠汽輪機冷凝器管的海水洩漏偵測,向來用傳統皮膜(films)方 法。然而此舊方法,在管的針孔直徑小於0.1mm時的海水洩漏偵測相當困難,而 且需要長時間,無法在緊急事故發生之時,即時管用。本文介紹之新方法,使用 泡沫膜(foamed film),經在火力電廠實際試用過,已證實比傳統方法具備甚多優 點,諸如:顯著提高靈敏度,可以高效地研判洩漏管以及使偵測工作容易進行等。 |
| 英文摘要 | Detection of seawater leakage from the steam turbinecondenser tubes in thermal power plants has been formerlydone using conventionsi films. This method, however, hasshortcomings such as the difficulty in detecting leakage frompin holes of diameters below 0.1 mm and the long time requiredfor the work, making it difficult to act quickly in anemergency. The new method, using foamed film, was tested inthermal power plants and proved to have many advantagesover the conventional film method such as its remarkablyenhanced sensitivity, high efficiency in identifying the leakingtube and easing of detection work. |
