中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於探討化學成份對汽車輪圈用鋼閃光銲接性之效應。鋼片以 400KVA 之交流閃光銲接機銲接後,進行彎曲試驗以評估銲縫之成形性。 此外, 利用 OM, SEM 及 EPMA 進行顯微組織、彎曲破裂面及元素之分析。結果顯示,銲縫之破裂型態有針孔 、穿透裂、勾狀裂及 V 型缺口破裂等四種。 鋼材木添加過量的 Ti 或 Nb 元素,會因粗大 的 TiN 及共晶 Nb(C, N) 的析出而提高針孔缺陷發生的機會。 穿透裂則是由於高熔點之氧 化介在物殘留在銲縫所致;這些氧化物之生成與鋼材中之 Mn,Si,Al 元素之含量不當有關 。HAZ 之勾狀裂則是因母材中之長條狀 MnS 介在物之缺口效應所引起。而板厚中心之 Mn, P,S 元素偏析會促進 V 型缺口破裂之發生。此外,本文中也探討了改善上述四種銲縫缺陷 之對策。 |
英文摘要 | Fifteen hot-rolled steel sheets were used to evaluate the effect of chemical compositions on the flash butt weldability of steel for wheel rim. These steel sheets were welded using AC flash butt welder with 400KVA capacity. The bending tests were carried out to investigate the formability of weld seam. On the other hand, the microstucture of weld seam and fracture surface were examined using OM, SEM, and EPMA. Four types of welding defects, i.e., pinholes, penetrator cracks, hook cracks, and V-shape cracks were observed. Pinholes were promoted by the addition of titanium and niobium due to formation of coarse TiN and eutectic Nb (C, N), respectively. Penetrator cracks were caused by high melting point oxides which were frequently found in steels with improper contents of manganese, silicon and aluminum. The formation of hook cracks were attributed to the notch effect caused by stringer MnS inclusions. Central segregation of manganese, sulphur, and phosphorus resulted in hard second phases and thus gave rise to V-shape cracks. The solutions to these defects were also discussed in the present paper. |
