| 中文摘要 | 目前台電公司每年出美國、南非、澳洲、印尼等地區進口一千四百萬噸 燃煤,分別由臺灣三個港口進入後,運輸至各燃煤電廠使用。惟由於受港埠條件 之限制,必需使用不同船型之船舶載運,而且燃煤亦有四種不同之型態,使得整 個燃煤調配系統變得極其複雜且難以求解。 本文使用多指標運輸問題(Multi-Index Transportation Problem)及動態規劃(Dynamic Programming)方法建立進口燃煤調配模式及船期指派模式,並配合電腦程式建立 一套燃煤調配決策支援系統(Coal Allocation Decision Support System,CADSS),由完 成之系統及執行結果顯示,此系統不但能為決策者節省許多決策的時間,而且能 以線上交談之方式,達到決策者滿意之結果,並提昇決策品質;另一方面,亦能 為台電公司節省營運成本。 |
| 英文摘要 | Currently, Taiwan Power Company annually import fourteen millions tons of fuel coal from seventeen coal miningareas in South America, Australia, South Africa, and Indonesiathen this coal is transported to ports Kaohsiung, Taichung, andKeelung by ships and is alloctated to the power plants on land.However, due to the limits of ports, different kinds of vesselsrequired and diverse qualities of fuel coal, the allocationsystem of fuel coal become even more complicated and difficultto be resolved. The paper preseneted a coal allocation and fleet deployment model which utilized multi - index transportation problemand dynamic programming method. On the other hand, coalallocation decision support system (CADSS) is established withthe aid of computer program. It not only guide Taipoweroperations management in annual coal allocation and scheduleplanning but also reduce cost of company. |
