中文摘要 | 傳統以勞力密集之營建業,由於近年來社會型態之改變使得產業體質發 生了革命性的改變。提高營建生產力、降低成本、提升品質及縮短工期,是營建 業界急需研究的課題。透過合理化、省力化、經濟化之改善對策,是解決營建業 界勞力不足窘困之最佳方法。 本研究採用曠時攝影之技術來記錄現行施工法,並以工人平衡圖及作業模擬流程 固來分析及改良現行施工方法。而在作業改良則依據不同程度之自動化分為傳統 機具、改良型機具、半自動化機具及全自動化機具等四個階段。且就各階段有關 之經濟因素提出一間斷型現值經濟分析模型,並以隧道噴漿為例進行經濟分析。 最後並藉助本研究所開發之營建工程施工機具經濟分析決策支援系統,決定各不 同程度噴漿機其適用之經濟規模。 |
英文摘要 | Automation is considered as a process of construction method improvement that may consist of better site layout and organization, as well as, the useof more effective handtools, equipments, and robotics. To reduce skill labor requirement and improve construction productivity. The method assist construction project management in making better decisions, the thesis presents aframework for constructing and analyzing economic models of differentlevels of automation according to the characteristics of each project. As in the conventional productivity improvement program.time-lapsephotographer is used to record th& existing method of construction and thencrew-balance chart as well as process diagram is recommended to analyze thedeficiency of existing management program. Along the line of automation,productivity improvement schemes are characterized into three differentphases namely enhancement of existing equipment, semi-automation, andfully automated process. Concrete spraying , a labor intense task in tunnel construction projectsof North Second Highway in Taiwan Area are studied. Based on the conditionsof these projects, four economic models are constructed to evaluateprofitability of different levels of automation. The result shows that total volume of the task may play an important role in selecting strategies of automation. Same framework proposed in this thesis can easily be applied toassessing other construction automation tasks. A decision support management information system is also presented to assist management in handlingthe aforementioned process. |
