中文摘要 | 本文之目的在於發展並應用一套系統性架構,以評估當前營建施工自動化之需求所在。此架構以一個“成本-考量”矩陣圖來比較不同施工項目之自動化需求;其中,勞工的生產力是以在工地現場錄影的方式取得,勞工成本則由工程合約中的單價明細表分析而得;二者整合後即可得到成本-考量矩陣圖中的成本影響值。此外,本文以分析階層理論之方式,發展出一套“自動化考量指數”,用以評估發展自動化施工的動機強烈程度。其有高成本影響值及高自動化考量指數之施工項目,即被認定為其有潛能之自動化需求所在。本文以台北捷運工程高架部分為案例評估自動化施工之需求,對於未來自動化施工之研究發展,可以參考本文之研究結果,進行研發有效益之自動化施工機具;對於其它的工程建設,方可參照本文所提出的評估構架模式,分析認定其它的施工自動化需求所在。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to develop and implement a systematic frameworkfor evaluatinging current construction automation needs. A Cost-Concern matrixwas proposed for evaluating automation needs based on the task level. The laborproductivity data were collected by video tape recording on the job site. The labor cost data were screened from the detail sheets and cost breakdown information of the project contract. Combining the productivity data of each task with the labor cost data yields the Cost Impact of the post-Concern matrix. An Automation Concern Index (ACI) using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was developed to incorporate the judgments of foremen concerning the motivations of automation. Tasks with high Cost Impact and high ACI are identified as potential automation needs. A case study had been investigated on the viaduct sections of the Taipei Rapid Transit System Project. Future automation research and development canfocus on the findings of this study to create effective achievement in automationdevelopment. For different types of construction, this framework and approach canprovide guidelines and recommendations for evaluating automation needs. |
