中文摘要 | 在溫室自動化之設計中不僅需要有準確、精密性之農用感測器,又為達 到降低成本,擴充控制功能,開發單晶片技術控制溫室環境參數有其研究之必 要。本研究目的由設計的溫室模室,評估單晶片微電腦(8051)其應用的可行性。 首先由鍵盤輸入啟動設備(天窗、遮陰網、噴霧)所需環境參數(溫度、濕度、日光 度)。單晶片擷取感測值,經由邏輯運算,一方面輸出控制訊號啟動環控設備, 一方面由電路板顯示器顯示目前環境參數。由試驗分析,單晶片微電腦的顯示值 與二級標準儀器(溫濕度校正器(AZ1701)、日光度校正器(T-1H)]顯示值,在信賴度 95之下,無顯著性的差異。可說明設計的單晶片微電腦在設施溫室控制作業上其 精密性、穩定性是可行的。 |
英文摘要 | For the automation in a greenhouse, a precise and accurate sensor isneeded. In order to reduce the cost and increase the control function, todevelope a single-chip microprocessor to control the environmentalparameters of greenhouse is necessary. The objective of this study was toevaluate the feasibility of applying a single-chip microprocessor (8051) ina designated environmental chamber. In this system,at first.to key in the values of parameters (e.g. temperature, relative humidity, and solar radiation) was needed to operate the environmental equipments (e.g. roof, shading screen, and sprayer). And thesensing signals were then taken by a single-chip microprocessor to function the logic calculation. Then the command signals were sent out to operate the environmental equipments, Meanwhile the environmentalchamber of controlling parameters were shown on the electronic board. In this study, the values shown from the single-chip microprocessor have no significant differences (P=95), compared with the values shown on two standard instrument ( ee.g. temperature-relative humidity cali brator (AZ1701), solar radiation calibrator (T-IH) ) . The study has suggested that the single-chip microprocessor for the greenhouse control system is able to perform accurately and stably to meet its requirement. |
