中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在於開發本土化溫室環境自動控制系統,由已完成的環 控模式開發單板微電腦控制系統,以節省開發時間,達到降低成本,並能達到所 需要的精度與穩定度,期能滿足溫室環境控制之所需。本控制系統首先由鍵盤設 定環境值,由A/D轉換器(IC0809)擷取各感測值,感測器輸入訊號有四大項:大氣乾 球溫度、溫室內部溫度、相對濕度與大氣日照強度,經由單晶片微處理機(IC8048) 運算後與設定值比較,然後送出控制訊號,以開啟風扇、遮光網、天窗、噴霧等 設備,達到溫室環境控制功能。本控制系統可由鍵盤設定每5、10、15分鐘做一 次循環,同時顯示設定值與目前的環控參數並拒絕輸入錯誤設定值而不影響正常 的偵測與控制作業。 |
英文摘要 | The objectives of this study were to deviop a domestic control system for environmental control of greenhouse used in Taiwan. The single-chip control systemwas developed on the environmental control model. It could reduce the cost, meetthe requirement of complicated function and satisfy the required performance of accuracy and stability. In this control system, the values of environment wer set by key board and thesensing singals were taken by A/D transducers. The numeric values of dry-bulbtemperature, internal air temperature, internal relative humidity and the solar radiationfrom the sensors were compared with the setting values. Through the operation ofsingle-chip (IC8048), command singals were sent to control the equipments, such asfans, shading nets, windows and sprayers. The operating periods in a cycle could beselected to be 5 、10 、15 minutes. The setting values and controlling paramenterswere recorded and shown. The out-range values of setting could be rejected, thenthe operation could be normally operated. |
