中文摘要 | 本試驗於室內以模擬酸雨溶液探討酸雨對杉木及楓香種子發芽及初期胚根生長之 影響。酸雨溶液之主成分依本省中部山區之雨水資料調製,試驗組成硫酸組及硝酸組,分別 調整至 pH5.5,4.5,3.5,及 2.5;結果顯示:兩樹種之發芽率及發芽值於各樹種之處理間 均未見顯著差異。 但發芽後之初期胚根生長於 pH3.5 及以下之處理項則顯著地低於其他處 理項,楓香之生長受抑制現象則出現於 pH2.5 處理項。 |
英文摘要 | Effects of simulated acid rain on seed germination and initial growth of germinants of formosana sweet gum (Liquidambar formosana) and China-Fir (Cunninghamia lanceoleta) were evaluated under laboratory conditions at pH 5.5, 4.5, 3.5 and 2.5 adjusted with H �� SO �� or HNO ��. Germination was not influenced by acidity of simulated acid rain in both species: germination percentage and germination value were similar among all treatments within a species. But, initial radicle growth of germinants were reduced by acidity of treatment, china-fir showed significantly reduced growth at pH 3.5 and below, formosana sweet gum showed significantly reduced growth at pH 2.5. |
