中文摘要 | 本研究試驗係利用銅質雙滾柱為吸熱體作7075鋁合金急速凝固細微結構與熱流原 理對應關係討論,凝固冷卻速率由已知鋁合金系的樹枝狀臂空間與平均冷卻速率函數曲線求 得,與應用牛頓冷卻定律計算值極相近,冷卻速率約自6×10□至9×10□℃/s,扁薄片厚度 自50至125μm. 雙滾柱裝置操作原理本文予以分析討論,並與試驗結果分析對照比較. |
英文摘要 | Results are presented of a study with 7075 aluminum alloy splat-quenched against a rotating copper twin-rollers. Sample cooling rates were determined by application of dendrite arm spacing as function of known average cooling rate. These results are in dose agreement with calculation using Newton's cooling law. On average, the cooling rates were indicated to be 6×10□ to 9×10□℃/s. Typical splat-quenched foils were about 50-125μm thick. The principles of the splat cooling apparatus were analysed, and also it were compared with the results of experiments. |
