中文摘要 | 本論文研究之目的,因見於一般鑄造用的金屬模具,皆利用熱工具鋼做 為主要之材料,加工費時而且不容易,而改用較低熔點之軟質鋁合金、銅合金及 較低廉之SS41鋼材,做為重力金屬模之材料。 所用之重力鑄造,完全利用金屬熔液之自然重力,使之充滿金屬模穴,而不加任 何壓力。並於澆鑄之前,在模穴的表面塗上隔熱兼脫模效果較好之半固體半液體 混合溶劑。而實驗之高溫熔液有鋁、鋅合金及一般不容易鑄造成形之高溫鑄鐵熔 液三種,並依熱傳公式計算冷卻脫模時間,取出成品。 最後將其得到之成品,做金相顯微組織及表面情況之測試分析,將所得到之結 果,皆較一般之砂模鑄造成品優良,並相似於熱工具鋼製成之模具壓鑄成品;且 分析三種軟質金屬模具,對於澆鑄合適之高溫金屬融液之後,磨耗極為輕微,經 詳細的分析與評估,其使用範圍極為廣泛,故此種技術可廣泛應用於產業上。 |
英文摘要 | It is objective of this paper to choose soft metals such as likely aluminum, copper and SS41steel to make the Gravity Mold. The manufacturing processes cost a lot of time and can not beachieved easily when the hot-tool steels are used to make the general metallic molds. The Gravity Mold are made completely use the gravity of the melt to fill up the die-cave, without increasing any pressure. The surface of die-cave was spread with effective adiabtic liquid and dielosing liquid. The content of melt could be aluminum, zinc or cast iron. The die-opening can becalculated using the formual of heat-transfer for specified content. Consequently, the structure are testified in this investigation and mechanical property for the product. The result of this experiment show that the product of sand casting. It is similar to the product of die casting. The wear is very slight of the surface in die-cave. The procedures of this technology are described completely in this paper. The technology developed in this investigation can be utilized widely in the industry. |
