英文摘要 | Rapid melting and solidification of BPSCCO superconductors by a CO�� lassr for different conditions were investigated. From X-ray diffraction pattern and EDX analysis, non-superconductingphases such as (Sr��-xCax) CuOy and CaO were found in the melting zone. However, the experiment results also revealed that the high-Tc phase could be recovered and the value of Tc(zero) for this sample was 107K with a post annealing at 835℃ for 48h in air. The correlations of super conducting properties with microstructure of these materials are discussed in this paper. |
