中文摘要 | T-300鈦強化麻時效鋼為近幾年所發展之超高強度結構鋼材。本研究探 討不同時效處理之T-300雷射銲件其拉伸、衝擊等特性。研究結果顯示,T-300雷 射銲件由於銲接時,Ti、Mo等強化元素因凝固偏析,時效後生成Revertedγ,使 得銲道強度較母材及熱影響區為低。482℃(900°F)時效處理之銲件有最高之強度 與最低之衝擊韌性。482℃以上之時效處理,隨時效溫度之升高,強度下降,但 延性與衝擊韌性增加。拉伸測試時因塑性變形完全集中在狹小銲道區域,因此銲 件整體延伸率偏低。當銲件於927℃(1700°F)以上之溫度進行均質化處理後,再 固溶時效處理,銲件強度明顯提昇,而延伸率亦增加了50。 |
英文摘要 | Ti-strengthening maraging steels have been developed for ultra-high strength applications in recentyears. In this study, the effect of heat treatment procedures on the mechanicai properties of T-300laser welds was conducted. Experimental results indicated that the segregation of Ti and Mo in the weld caused the formation of reverted austenite after aging, resulting in a lower hardness as compared to the other regions. The weld subjected to a 482℃ aging treatment had the highest strength and the lowest impact value among the aged specimens. The elongation and impact toughness increased, while the strength decreased, as the aging temperature raised from 482 to 593℃. The poor elongation of all laser welds was attributed to that plastic deformation was concentrated on the narrow region of the weld metal during tensile tests. In case if the welds were homogenized at 927℃ prior to solution and aging treatments, both the strength and elongation were improved significantly. |
