中文摘要 | 本文採用壓力鑄造法製備了ZA-12合金及ZnOw/ZA-12金屬基複合材料 (MMC),量測結果顯示:複合材料硬度,抗剪切能力大幅度增高。OM及SEM研究 發現:ZA-12合金中,β亞穩相及塊團間共晶層狀組織粗大;β相分解產物有兩類: 胞壁區粗條狀析出和胞核內細層狀組織。在MMC材料中,ZnO鬚晶分布均勻,β 亞穩相塊團以及富Zn、富A1片層組織均顯著細化。透射電鏡觀察證明,共晶(析) 富Zn和富Al片層相可在ZnO鬚晶與基體間界面上形核和長大。顯然ZnO鬚晶為液 相中β相形成及共析相變提供形核位置的現象是使MMC材料β相及共晶(析)組 織得到顯著細化的主要原因。 |
英文摘要 | Squeeze cast technique was used to prepare the samples of ZA-12 alloy and ZA-12 alloy/Zn Owmetal matrix composite(MMC). The measurement showed that the hardness and shear-resistance of the composite were increased apparently. The microstructures of ZA-12 alloy and its composite wereobserved by SEM and OM. In the former there were coarser metastable β phase and eutectic lamellaeamong the colonies. In decomposed β zones, there were two kinds of structures: coarser rods in theregion near colony wall and fine lamellae in the inner. In the composite ZnO whiskers distributedhomogeniously, and metastable phase colonies and lamellae with Zn-rich and Al-rich in compositionwere refined in great extent. TEM observation showed that the eutectic (or eutectoid) lamellae nucleated and grew at the interface between ZnO whiskers and matrix. So the fact that ZnO whiskers provided preferred sites not only for nucleation of β phase in liquid alloy, but also for the eutectoid transformationin solid might be main cause of refining microstructure in composite. |
