中文摘要 | 本研究係因應未來鐵路工程高速度,或高承載能力之需求,所進行開發 新型軌枕系統之研究工作,研究中先依文獻分析評估傳統木枕,和傳統台鐵PC 枕特性,據此研發添加鋼纖維或爐石粉等三種複合材料之改良軌枕,進行靜態之 力學試驗,分析篩選新型軌枕是否滿足或改良傳統軌枕之材性,以達到「高強度 與高韌性」新型軌枕材料之目標,並提供新材料應用之資訊,及後續研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | To meet the needs of high speed or heavy duty of future railroad engmeering, the research and development of new sleeper system is important. In this study, traditional sleepers, i.e., wooden and PC ones from Taiwan Railroad Company are first evaluated, and three kinds of heavy-duty composite PC sleepers with steel fiber and blast furnace slag added are developed according to their characteristics. Next, static test is processed to analyze and select the sleepers satisfy the design requirement and improve the properties of traditional sleepers. The purpose of this study is mainly to select new sleeper materials of high strength and good ductility, and the result could be referred for possible application of new materials for future needs. |
