中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討高強度混凝土中添加不同鋼纖維體積率後對其工程性質之影響。本研究以添加鋼纖維體積率分別為0.5%、1.0%、1.5%及2.0%等四種摻量做為試驗變數與一般高強度混凝土進行新拌性質、流動性試驗與硬固後一系列擬靜態力學試驗比較分析。研究結果顯示,高強度鋼纖維混凝土在漿體流動性方面,其坍流度損失量隨每增加0.5%之體積率,造成2~4%坍流度損失量,當體積率增加至2.0%時,損失量已達10%,嚴重地影響到混凝土的流動性。在力學性質方面:鋼纖維對混凝土抗壓強度之提升沒有明顯的影響,但在劈裂抗拉強度、破裂模數及韌性指數等力學性質上,則隨著鋼纖維體積率的增加而有顯著地增加趨勢。因此,在HSC中添加鋼纖維可使原屬於高脆性的混凝土材料轉變為具有延展性與韌性性質材料,大幅提昇材料的工程效應與價值。 |
英文摘要 | This paper aims to discuss the influence of high-strength concrete (HSC) with different steel fiber volume fractions on engineering properties. In this study, four different steel fiber volume fractions of 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, and 2.0%, serving as the test variables, were added to HSC for tests of fresh property and flowability, and a series of quasi-static mechanical tests on hardened concrete, for further comparison and analysis with ordinary HSC (without steel fiber). The results show that in terms of mixtures flowability, 2-4% slump flow loss of high-strength steel fiber concrete occurs when the volume fraction increases by 0.5%; therefore, the slump flow loss reaches 10% when the volume fraction increases to 2.0%, which seriously affects the concrete fluidity. As for the mechanical properties, although steel fiber indicate no significant influence on increase in the concrete compressive strength. But, the splitting tensile strength, modulus of rupture, toughness index et the mechanical properties tend to considerably improved with the increase in volume fraction of steel fibers. Hence, the addition of steel fibers to HSC converts the highly brittleness concrete materials into materials with ductility and toughness, thus greatly enhancing the engineering effect and value of the materials. |
