中文摘要 | 高溫環境下的多晶材料,裂縫常出現於晶界。當裂縫端前空孔(Cavities) 不斷生長並與裂縫端結合時,潛變裂縫遜沿晶界生長。本文考慮模式二、平面應 變之葛氏(Griffith)裂縫問題,利用空孔生長律(Cavity Growth Law)及裂縫端前應力 域瞬間彈性反應之特性,推導潛變裂縫生長統制方程式-Volterra積分方程式第 一、二型,進而以數值解預估潛變裂縫生長率並做誤差分析,經與前人研究結果 比較,證實本分析方法確具甚高之可靠性。 |
英文摘要 | In many polycrystal materials under elevated temperature conditions, cracks usually propagateintergranularly by the nucleation and growth of cavities in advance of the crack tip. In this research, weconsider a Griffith's crack under Mode I, plane strain conditions using Cavity Growth Law and thecharacteristics of instantaneous elasticity and creep stress relaxation ahead of the crack tip. The governing equation has been derived as the Volterra integral equation of the first and the second kinds. Thenumerical solutions are found to predict creep crack growth rate and the error analyses are also made.The results are compared with other's and it is proved that the method developed in this paper hasconsiderable reliability. |
