中文摘要 | 本文應用變分上界限法於平面應變擠製問題之解析,同時將材料加工硬化特性亦 一併考慮。概言之,本文使用之變分上界限法,係將上界限能量方程式表示成剛塑邊界函數 之泛涵數,再經由變分法之應用而予以最佳化,除滿足動可容邊界條件外,其在變分過程中 所導出之自然邊界條件,亦同時應用於上界限之求解。從理論解析結果顯示:此自然邊界條 件明顯影響擠製變形行為的上界限解。經由 3003-F 鋁合金的平面應變擠製實驗驗證,自材 料擠製變形行為而言,本文所得變分上界限解,較之僅滿足動可容邊界條件之傳統上界限解 或雙扇形滑移線場解,均有較為合理且滿意的結果。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, a variational method is employed to determine the upper-bound solution of plane strain extrusion problems. Effect of strain-hardening is taken account for in the theoretical analysis. Specifically, the upper-bound energy equation, expressed in terms of the rigid/plastic boundary function, is established as a functional and it is then optimized by using the technique of variational calculus. Consequently, in addition to the kinematically boundary condition, a set of Natural Boundary Conditions ( NBCs ) can be mathematically derived andapplied to determine the upperbound solution. The results reveals that these NBCs significantly affect the upper-bound solution in deformation behavior of extruded specimen. Further, by comparing the presented results with those determined without taking account for the NBCs and the two centred-fan slip-line field solution, it is fair to conclude that the current results are in best agreement with the experimental data of most plane strain extrusion tests for 3003-F aluminum alloy, performed in this investigation for the purpose of verification. |
