中文摘要 | 靈芝太空包培養21天至菌絲蔓延一次後,將二包太空包之菌絲及培養介質粉碎後,裝入平底塑膠箱內平滿培養,並以普通太空包生產法比較其成功率及產量結果普通太空包栽培法,即在菌絲蔓延一次時,去其棉花塞或脫下塑膠蓋,至靈芝採收止,共計63天,二包之靈芝產量合計77公克。菌絲及培養介質粉碎裝入平底塑膠箱內培養時(1)若不以塑膠袋密封塑膠箱時經過4天,菌絲乾燥而消失,無法產靈芝,自培養菌種至失敗日數合計25天;(2)以塑膠袋密封塑膠箱,經過15天即發生青黴菌而失敗,合計36天;(3)如上,但立即在袋上劃九個 “×” 型小同,經過七天,開始滋生雜菌,合計培養28天;(4) 如上,但培養三天後才用小刀在袋上刺9個×型小孔(長度0.8公分,深0.5公分),每孔皆可正常生產靈芝,重量計達333公克,合計培養日數為60天。即對照組之正常太空包及裝入塑膠箱用塑膠袋密3天後才打孔者之成功率分皆為100,且後者之產量為前者之3倍。 |
英文摘要 | After the mycelia of Ganoderma in Pb bag cultivation was fully grown, 2 bags of Ganoderma mycelia with growth medium were fragmented and poured in to flat-bottom plastic trays (31×25×6.5cm). A total for 5 treatment including traditional Pp bag cultivation method as control was conducted. the Ganoderma fruiting body production was recorded: In the traditional Pp bag cultivation method, cotton ball or plastic cover was removed after the mycelia were fully grown. Till the end of harvesting, a total for 63 days of cultivation, Ganoderma fruiting body production for 2 bags was 77g. After the fragmented mycelia were poured into flat bottom plastic trays, the mycelia were dried out four days later, therefore, no fruiting body of Ganoderma was produced. From the beginning to the failure of cultivation it took 25 day; After the plastic tray was conversed with plastic film, then 9 small “×” holes were cut on the film. Seven days later, contaminated molds grew up, a total for 28 days of cultivation; As above but 3 days later, 9 small “×” holes (length: 0.8 cm; depth 0.5 cm) was cut on the film. Every hole could produce fruiting body. For an average total of 333g was produced in a total of 60 days of cultivation. Among the five treatments, only the first and the last 100 percent cultivation successful rate, wile other three treatments no fruiting body was formed. Thus, it is recommended that flat-bottom. Plastic tray can also be sued to produce Ganoderma fruiting bodies. The key point of this practice is that (1) filled the mycelia and their growth medium evenly in the tray, and (2) covered the plastic trays with plastic film for 3 days, then cut 9 small “×” hole (length 0.8cm; depth 0.5cm) on it. The Ganoderma fruiting body production was 3 folds more than the Pp bag cultivation method. |
