中文摘要 | 靈芝太空包使用木屑接種源或麥粒接種源在接種40天後,其雜菌感染率分別是4%及23%。但因在打開頸口蓋後仍有汚染率發生,最後調查栽培成功率,結果分別是96%及69%。本結果顯示麥粒接種源之菌絲生長雖然比木屑接種源快速,反而因汙染率偏高而對靈芝之總產量不利,即其栽培成功率只有69%。凡未汚染之太空包,無論是使用木屑或麥粒接種源者,其每包靈芝產量平均接為37克,並無差異。 在靈芝菌絲長滿全包時,於pp袋(長18公分)上畫「×」型(長1公分深0.5公分)切口,每代上切2個切口及6個切口者皆可使靈芝增產,但僅以在袋上三面各切二口,即共切6口者產量(鮮重:126克/袋;乾重:44.3克/袋)為未切口對照組每袋產靈芝量(乾重:13.0克)之3.41倍,達顯著水準。而pp袋上切12個切口者,反而使靈芝菇朵變小,其產量與對照組相比則無顯著差異。故建議在菌絲長滿之後,由頸口基部下5及12公分處作2切口,一袋三面,共切6個切口者即可比未切口之傳統靈芝太空包法多產靈芝2.41倍(乾重:31.3克),增產之效果極為明顯。 |
英文摘要 | After 40 days of inoculation, percentage of mold infection in those PP bags inoculated with saw-dust Ganoderma inoculant, and with wheat grain inoculant was 4% and 23%, respectively. After the neck covers were discarded, more contamination occurred in those bags with wheat grain inoculants. Finally the successful cultivation rate was found to be 96% and 69% respectively. Although wheat grain inoculant could grow faster than saw-dust inoculant, the high rate of mold infection after the neck cover was opened, resulted in a decrease of total Ganoderma fruiting body production. Either saw-dust or wheat grain inoculated PP bags which were not infected with mold could produce an average of 37 g fresh weight of fruiting body per bag. When the growth of Ganoderma mycelium was full in the PP bags, one could cut 'X' type holes on the side of the PP bag (1 cm long and 0.5 cm deep) and increased Ganoderma production by cutting 2 or 6 holes on bach bag. But those bags with 6 holes [produced 126g (fresh wt.); 44.3g (dry wt.) fruiting body] per bag produced 3.41 folds of fruiting bodies when compared with those bags without cutting hole [produced 13.0g (dry wt.) per bag] were significant. Those bags with 12 holes produced smaller and produced no significant by weight fruiting body per bag than the control. Therefore, it was recommended that after the PP bags were full with Ganoderma mycelia, cutting holes under the neck base 5 and 12 cm on the bag, and a total of 6 side holes were cut on each bag, which could produce 2.41 folds (31.3g dry wt.) more fruiting bodies than the traditional PP bags without cutting side holes, and the increase of ganoderma fruiting body production was very apparent. |
