中文摘要 | 台電所產的飛灰主要為預拌混凝土業者所取用,但有些預拌廠在拌製飛 混凝土時,發現在混凝土漿表面上有漂浮物出現,恐其會影響到混凝土品質。本 研究乃針對飛灰之可漂浮物,蒐集相關文獻,了解其物、化性,試驗方面利用濕 法收集水面浮灰後,進行燒失量、碳含量、化學組成、官能基鑑定、X光繞射分 析、比重、灰融點測試等物、化性分析;另亦製成含浮灰的試體,進行水泥砂漿 基本性質測試,以了解浮灰之影響。 試驗結果浮灰佔飛灰重量之1以下,其化學組成與飛灰類似,不含有機物,浮灰 含量對水泥砂漿強度有所影響,但不大。浮灰具有質經、中空、灰融點高等特質, 適合推廣應用於需重量經、耐火、隔熱、防音…等高價值材料上。 |
英文摘要 | Ill this study a wet separation technique -was adopted to collectfloaters in the fly ashes from Shenao, Linkou, Taichung, and Hsinta coal-fired power plants. Qualitative analysis as well as quantitative analysiswere executed to study the characteristices of these floaters. Topicsincluded loss on ignition, carbon content, chemical compositions,functional groups, crystal compositions, specific gravity, ash fusiontemperature, particle size distribution, and particle apparence. A propertycomparison between floater and the original ash was made. To evaluatethe effect of floater on the compressive strength and water requirement, 5cm cubic mortar specimens incorporating various floater content werefabricated. The test results indicated that fly ashes from these four power plantscontain little amount of floater, at most 0.73. The floater possessessimilar chemical compositions to the original fly ash and mullite andquartz are primary crystal phases. Based on the infrared spectra, no anyorganic matter can be found in the floater. The particle size of floaterranges from 20 to 600 micron, averagely larger than that of fly ash.Moreover, the apparent specific gravity is around 0.33-0.54 and the ashfusion temperature is greater than 1500℃, On the other hand, thepresence of floater in mortar specimens exhibits little detrimental effect on strength and no significant effect on water requirement. |
