中文摘要 | 本研究探討1至4年生麻竹與孟宗竹之溶液移動性,而蒸餾水、番紅水溶 液及五種化學藥品在竹材縱(L)、弦(T)及徑向(R)分別測定處理性、毛細管吸引(吸 水性)與擴散係數(流率)。在整株竹桿中,徑向包括外、中及內側三部位,縱向則 分基(B)、中低(LM)、中高(UM)及稍部(T)四區域,分別予以測定。在浸泡番紅水 溶液之滲透結果,麻竹均大於孟宗竹,且毛細管引力及擴散係數亦大2~3倍。兩 種竹材之縱向擴散係數在三方向中均為最大,其次依序為弦向及徑向,此一弦徑 向之差異與針闊葉材正相反。重鉻酸鉀溶液在麻竹及孟宗竹三方向之擴散係數分 別為4.24:1.23:1及12.86:1.62:1,種間及方向差異均明顯。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents the movement of aqueous solusion of one- tofour-year old Ma (Dendrocalamus latiflorus ) and Moso (Pay-ostacilyspubescens var. pubescens ) bamboo species. Distilled water, andaqueous solutions of Safranin-O and five other chemicals wereused for measuring the treatability, capillary attraction (waterabsorption) and diffusion coefficients (flow rate), respectively, onthe longitudinal (L), tangential (T), and radial (R) directions.Radially located samples from the outer, middle and innersections, and along the length on the basal (B), lower middle(LM), upper middle (UM) and top (T) portions of the wholebamboo culm were used for the study. Results indicated thatpermeability of the Ma bamboo was substantially greater thanthat of Moso bamboo when immersed in the safranin solution.Further, capillary attraction and diffusion coefficients of the Mabamboo were 2 to 3 times greater than those of Moso bamboo atcorresponding locations of the culm wall. The diffusioncoefficient was greatest in the longitudinal direction for bothspecies. It was followed by the tangential direction, and theradial direction had the lowest coefficient. This phenomenoncontradicts those of the softwood and hardwood in which thediffusion coefficient in the radial direction is greater than thatof the tangential direction. The ratios of diffusion coefficientsfor the potassium dichromate solution in the three (L:T:R)directions were 4.24 : 1.23 : I for the Ma bamboo and 12.86 : 1.62 :I for the Moso bamboo, respectively. |
