中文摘要 | 組織培養之非洲菊(Gerbera jamesonii cv.Tennessee and Regina)於介質栽培 中,分別接種一種Glomus sp.菌種 ,如Glomus etunicatumBecker & Gerd.、Glomus fasciculatum (Thaxter sensu Gerd.)Gerd. &Trappe-及Glomus mosseae(Nicol. & Gerd.)Gerd. & Trappe。三個月後,接種G. mosseae者,其鮮、乾重皆顯著增加,而 五個月後,所有接種之菌根植株鮮重、乾重皆明顯增加,且磷含量亦增加,但錳 含量降低,其中接種Glomusetunicatum者在25/20℃下比對照組提早十六天開花, 亦可增加'Tennessee'在30/25℃之切花產量。'Regina' 品種接種Glomus etunicatum和 Glomusmosseae者,其側枝數及切花產量均顯著加,且接種G.mosseae(25/20℃)者, 提早九天開花。 |
英文摘要 | Micropropagated planlets of Gerbera jamesonll (cv. Tennessee'and 'Regina') were inoculated with only one kind of Glomus spp. such as Glomus etunicatum Becker & Gerd., Glomus fasciculatum (Thaxtersensu Gerd.) Gerd. & Trappe or Glomus mosseae (Nicol. & Gerd.)Gerd. & Trappe. The growth of micropropagated gerbera plants wasevaluated 5 months later in 25/20℃ (day/nigth temperature). Tissueelement analysis showed that mycorrhizal plants in plugs (peatmoss:vermiculite: perlite=1:1:1v/v/v) had greater fresh and dry weight andan increase of P uptake, but decrease of Mn than that ofnonmycorrhizal control. While G. efunicatuin infection increased theuptake of K, Zn and Cu. VAM inoculation could induce earlier flowering of 'Tennessee'gerbera, especially G. etunicatum inoculation resulted in 16 days offlowering than the nonmycorrhizal control. Cut flower yield of earliermycorrhizal gerbera (cv. Tennessee) was increased at 30/25 ℃. G.etunicatum and G. mosseae infected gerbera (cv. Regina) increasednumber of lateral shoot and cut-flower yield. And 'Regina' gerberainoculated with G. mosseae at 25/20℃ flowered 9 days earlier thanthe control. |
