中文摘要 | 本文使用流線函數法及上界限法對三層板壓著壓延提出一套數學模式。藉著本文 所提出之流線函數可自動滿足速度場的邊界條件之特性,本解析模式採用滾輪之圓弧狀邊界 ,並以一連續性速度場來模擬壓延時板材之塑性變形舉動。為了驗証此模式對單層板壓延之 適用性,與 Avitzur 之連續場模式相比較,得到較小之上界限解。 在三層板壓著壓延中, 探討各層板材流動特性及滾輪與板材間之摩擦因子、初始各層板厚比、板厚壓下率、滾徑. 板厚比、變形抵抗比等壓延條件對產品之出口板厚比、壓延功率及壓延負荷等之影響。理論 預測與實驗結果相比較,得到定量上之吻合,由此可知本數學模式可針對複合板壓延製程之 設計提供一有用之參考資料。 |
英文摘要 | Mathematical models for sandwich sheet roling are proposed by stream function and upper bound method. Because the stream functions proposed can automatically satisfy boundary conditions of velocity fields, these models employ circular roll boundary and a continuous velocity field to simulate the plastic deformation behavior of sheet at roll-gap during sheets rolling. To verify the validity of the model used in single sheet rolling, the total powers obtained by this model are compared with those by avitzur continuous model, and it is found that the proposed model has smaller upper bound solutions. During sandwich sheet rolling, effects of the friction factor between the roll and sheet, initial thickness, thickness reduction, ratio of the roll radius to thickness of sheets, flow stress ratio etc., upon the flow patterns of each layer, rolling load, and rolling power are investigated. Theoretical predictions have quantitative agreement with experimental data, therefore the mathematical models can provide useful knowledge in designing the schedule of sandwich sheet rolling. |
