中文摘要 | 本文為使用流線函數法及上界限原理(極限解析),提出一套數學模式來模擬複 合材擠製加工時,被加工物於模具內之塑性變形行為。複合材各層之塑性域內皆以一滿足上 下邊界條件之流線函數來表示其流動形態。而在複合材擠製時,容許內外層材間之界面有滑 動現象發生。利用所建立之模式,探討擠製比、模具半角、外層材與模具間之摩擦因子、內 外層材之半徑比、 材料強度比.... 等加工條件對擠製所需之加工力與擠製後產品之尺寸等 之影響。 並透過與 Avitzur,Yang 之解析值及松浦之實驗值之比較,以驗證本數學模式之 適用性。 |
英文摘要 | A mathematical model was proposed to explore the plastic deformation behavior of rods in the die during composite rod extrusion by using the stream function and the upper bound method (limiting analysis). The flow patterns in each component layer are, respectively, represented by a stream function which satisfies the upper and lower boundaries. The sleeve and core layers are allowed to slide at the interface of the component layers. Effects of extrusion ratio, semi-angle, frictional factor at the interface of the rods, frictional factor between the outside layer and the die, radius ratio of the inside layer to outside layer, and the material strength ratio, etc., upon the extrusion force required, the size of the extruded product, etc., were investigated systematically by this model. |
