中文摘要 | 本研究分為汽機熱迴路性能分析與汽機組件可靠度研究兩部分。汽機熱 迴路性能分析,著重在建立核二廠熱迴路效率分析模型,提供電廠作為設備改 善,提昇運轉效能的基礎技術;汽機組件可靠度研究,則著重在探討目前臺電所 有低壓汽機轉子葉片根槽上,離心力分布比例,建立根槽應力腐蝕壽命評估程 序,並研究轉子材料強度與應力腐蝕破裂速率間的關聯性。核二廠加裝 MOPS/SCRUP前設計額定發電量為985MW,本研究模擬建立的計算結果為 986MW,加裝MOPS/SCRUP後其計算所得之發電量為988MW,約增加2MW。研 究中也建立導出冷凝器效率和塞管數間的關係式。目前臺電核能低壓汽機有三種 葉片根槽型態,分別為Fir-tree dovetail,outside dovetail及插梢式。不論那一種型式 的葉片根槽若其突緣數為二層,負荷比為11:9,突緣數為三層,其負荷比為4:3:3, 突緣數為四,其負荷比為0.3:0.23:0.23:0.23,插梢式的插孔為三層時,負荷比也為 4:3:3。目前發現轉子材料強度和應力腐蝕破裂間之關係式為log(da/dt)=f(溫 度)+0.002447YS=11.0323。 |
英文摘要 | Whole plant thermal cycle efficiency and component reliability aretwo major things of power plant operation. How to keep the cycleefficiency and how to improve the component reliability are the mostimportant missions of the power plant's engineers. The purpose of thiswork lied on (1) establishing the performance efficiency calculationmodel of the thermal cycle of Kousheng Nuclear power plant, (2)calculating distribution of the centrifugal force of rotating blade oneach lug of steeple and constructing the residual life assessment procedure of rotor steeple suffering stress corrosion cracking(SCC).and (3) finding the relationship of yield strength and SCC growthrate of rotor material. The designed capacity of Koushengpower plant without MOPS/SCRUB was 985MW in the cycle.The calculated result of the model established in this work was 986MW,Adding MOPS/SCRUB into the steam cycle increased the calculatedcapacity of Kousheng power plant from 986 to 988MW. The amountof increasement was about 2MW. Formulas concerned with thecondenser efficiency and plugged-tube numbers were also derived.Fir-tree dovetail, outside dovetail and pin loaded steeple are theonly three steeple designs of low pressure(LP) rotors of Taiwan PowerCompany(TPC).The ratio of centrifugal force on each lug of steeple wasproved to be 4:3:3 for three-lug steeple (top:middle:bottom)disregard of the designed type of the steeple. It was 11 : 9 for the two-lugsteeple(top:bottom)and 3 : 2.3 : 2.3 : 2.3 for the four-lug steeple. For thepin loaded steeple, this ratio was also 4 : 3 : 3 (top hole : middle hole :bottom). The relationship of yield strength and SCC growth rate of rotormaterial was found to be in the form of log(da/dt)= f(temp.)+0.00247YS-11.0323. |
