英文摘要 | Dissolved oxygen in feed water is one of the major substance to causethe corrosion of boiler tube. In #2 generator of Shen - Ao power plant,oxygen was removed in high temperature by injecting hydrazine. But itwas difficult to control the oxygen content in condensate undersufficiently low level. To promote the efficiency of removing thedissolved oxygen, a new process by using a catalytic resin was employedin room temperature. A self-designed simulating system was set up toobtain the required data. The optimum operation condition was specifiedin terms of the relationships among the oxygen removing rate, thepercentage of reacted hydrazine, and the quantities of processed waterand catalytic resin. This result had been used in the real - scaled processand operated satisfactorily. This updated process could provide 20 tonsper hour of the oxygen-free water with oxygen content less thanO.ippm. In this process, hydrazine could react sufficiently under roomtemperature, and the removed oxygen was higher than 99. Because thisimprovement had been proved effectively, it was worth applying tosimilar plants. |
