中文摘要 | 為探討施用矽肥防治亞洲玉米螟之效果,利用True BASIC設計一族群增 長模式,並以室內試驗資料包括:各齡之存活率、取食率及成蟲之繁殖力為輸入 變數,以預測族群密度及總為害量之變動。由靈敏度分析發現4齡和5齡幼蟲之改 變對族群密度變動影響較大,而成蟲數之改變影響較小。施用矽肥之防治效果較 釋放卯寄生蜂略佳,若合併兩種防治法,則防治效果極為顯著,惟實際情形,仍 需田間試驗加以証實。又在施矽玉米植株上,低密度玉米螟幼蟲之存活率和為害 情形均較高密度時為低,因此施用矽肥和釋放卵寄生蜂合併使用時,其防治效果 將大於各別防治措施之總和。另依據盆栽接種試驗結果,推測欲將玉米螟族群壓 低至經濟限界以下,在施矽和不施矽玉米植株上各需14.8和72.0之卵粒寄生率, 因此在施矽玉米植株上釋放卵寄生蜂,可大幅節省釋放次數和卵片數。在合併化 學防治時,選擇加保扶或愛扶農兩種藥劑時,可能對取食施矽植株之玉米螟毒效 較佳,而有較好的防治效果。 |
英文摘要 | A matrix model of population growth of the Asian corn borer(ACB) was developed in True BASIC computer language on amicrocomputer (IBM PC). The life table data including stage-specific survival rates, consumption rates and fecundity obtained from anACB population in laboratory were used to calculate densities byage classes and total consumption. Results of sensitivity analysisshowed that changes of densities of the 4th or 5th instar larvaewere the most important factors in influencing the populationgrowth, while the adult density was the least important factor. Theeffects of pest control strategies were simulated and evaluated byestimating population and total consumption. The simulation indicatedthat the control effects of applying slag fertilizer was better thanthat of releasing egg parasitoids. The combination of these twostrategies could suppress the ACB population and plant damage tovery low level. But the actual effects must be proved in the field.The combination of silica application either with egg parasitoids orwith insecticides has synergistic effects in ACB control. |
