中文摘要 | 豬假性狂犬病及放線桿菌胸膜肺炎,兩者均是養豬場很重要的疾病,有報告指出 豬經假性狂犬病疫苗免疫後,肺臟內之巨噬細胞數目比未經免疫者顯著增加,故本實驗以肺 沖洗法及巨噬細胞與細菌共同培養法比較假性狂犬病疫苗,豬瘟疫苗及放線桿菌菌菌三者對 肺臟巨噬細胞數目及吞噬能力之影響。結果,豬經免疫後,每毫升肺沖洗液中之巨噬細胞數, 假性狂犬病疫苗免疫組為3.0±0.5×106個,豬瘟疫苗免疫組為2.0±0.3×106個,放線桿菌菌苗 組為2.5±0.3×106個,未免疫組則為1.4±0.6×106個,各免疫組與未免疫組間均具有顯著差異 (P<0.05)。假性狂犬病疫苗免疫組對豬瘟及放線桿菌免疫組也具有顯著差(P<0.05)。另外, 肺泡巨噬細胞吞噬能力方面,假性狂犬病疫苗免疫組為88.7±3.9%,豬瘟疫苗免疫組為89.2 ±4.2%,放線桿菌菌苗組為89.7±4.9%,未免疫組為78.9±3.8%,各免疫組與對照組間,均具 有的顯著差異(P<0.05)。但免疫組之間則差異不明顯。實驗結果證明假性狂犬病疫苗之免疫, 可使豬隻對放線桿菌的感染有較強之抵抗力。 |
英文摘要 | Pseudorabies and Actinobaccillus pleuropneumonia are two important diseases in hog farms It was reported that the alveolar macrophages increased prominently in the pigs which were injected with pseudorabies vaccine. The aim of this study was to compare the effects on pig's alveolar macrophages due to the vaccination of Pseudorabies, Hog cholera vaccines and Actinobacillus bacterin. By lung lavage, the alveolar macrophages were collected and the number was counted by Hemocytometer. The amount of alveolar macrophages in each milliliter of lavaged fluid were 3.0±0.5×106 cells in Pseudorabies group, 2.0±0.3×106 cells in Hog cholera group, 2.5±0.3×106 cells in control group. There were obvious significant between vaccinated and control groups (p<0.05), and between Pseudorabies group and Hog cholera or Actinobacillus group. Besides, the phagocytic ability of lavaged macrophages was measured by the co-incubation of macrophages and Actinobacillus bateria. The results were 88.7±3.9% in Pseudorabies groups, 89.±4.2% in Hog cholera group, 89.7±4.9% in Actinobacillus group and 78.9±3.8% in control group. There was also marked significant between vaccinated and control groups (p<0.5). However, no significance could be found among three vaccinated groups. The results proved that Pseudorabies vaccination could increased the activity of alveolar macrophages and the resistant ability to Actinobaccillus pleuropneumonia infection in pigs. |
