中文摘要 | Nitro Blue Tetrazolium (NBT) Slide Test乃利用活化之吞噬細胞會吸附玻璃表 面的特性,將牠們與其血球分開,而NBT dye受吞噬細胞產生的Oxygen free radicals (02-,OH-) 作用,在胞內形成藍色顆粒,再藉由NBT陽性細胞數目的分析,可以做為非特異性免疫反應 指標。 本報告除介紹NBT Slide Test之實施方法外,並探討其在吳郭魚、虱目魚、饅魚及鯽魚 應用之可行性。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to use the nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) slide test to determine the effectiveness of circulatory phagocytes in several kinds of fishes including milk fish (Chanos chanos), eel (Anguilla japonica), tilapia (Tilapia aurea Peters), and crucian carp (Cyprinus carpio). The characteristics of activated phagocytes attached to glass and ingested the NBT dye, within them the oxygen free radicals (O2 and OH-) reduced the yellow dye to insoluble bluish formazon. Although the numbers and morphology of phagocytes were quietly unique in different species of fishes, the results of this stydy revealed the NBT test was a very easy and applicatives method to evaluate the non-specific immunity response in fish. |
