中文摘要 | 生鮮�等J魚經鹽水煮加工後,所產生的含鹽煮液含有相當豐富的生理活性物質,利用電氣透析將該煮液予以脫鹽,再經酸調整pH值至5產生沉澱物,沉澱物再以pH值7.2之磷酸緩衝溶液處理及真空凍結乾燥,可得?仔魚萃取物(FL5)。本實驗以FL5添加至飼料中餵食BALB/c小鼠經自由攝食10週後犧牲,探討對小鼠的免疫調節作用。結果顯示,在非特異性免疫反應(Non-specific immune response)的實驗上,其生長狀況、器官相對重量及攝食利用效率無顯著差異(p>0.05)。以含不同劑量之FL5 0.25、0.5、1%(w/w)餵食BALB/c小鼠,評估小鼠血清中抗體分泌量的表現,其IgM濃度與控制組可觀察出有升高的趨勢,但無統計上差異(p>0.05)。將致裂殖原Con A、PHA、LPS與小鼠脾臟細胞共同培養,以無血清動物細胞培養測定細胞增生能力,結果發現皆有增高趨勢,但以餵食1% FL5的試驗組為最佳(p<0.05)。在添加Con A 1.25 �慊/ml濃度下,餵食1%FL5的小鼠其脾臟細胞增生倍率比控制組高(p<0.05)。 綜合以上結果顯示,?仔魚萃取物對BALB/c小鼠可能具有免疫調節之作用。 |
英文摘要 | The physiology bioactive factor, FL5, was obtained from salted cooking water of fish larvae. BALB/c mice were then fed with pellets that contained 0.25, 0.5, and 1% (w/w) dosages of FL5. The feeding was ad lib for 10 weeks. The results showed that the pellets with the FL5 did not affect the body weight, fed efficiency and immunoglobulin M (IgM) concentration of mice. No significant differences in IgM levels were observed between the FL5 group and the controlled group. Mice fed with the 1% group had increased proliferation of spleen cells. |
