中文摘要 | 本研究主要的目的是探討專科學生人格特質與學校適應行為之間的關係及人格特質對學校適應行為的影響。研究樣本為本校五專部二年級全體學生,男生158名,女生435名,共計593名。研究工具為「賴氏人格測驗」與「學校適應行為量表」。研究結果發現:1.男女學生在人格特質與學校適應行為上無太大顯著差異;2.人格特質與學校適應行為間有顯著相關存在;3.人格特質對學校適應行為具有影響,尤其對同儕關係影響最大;4.攻擊性、安閒性、客觀性、思考性及活動性等人格特質對學校適應行為最具預測力,其中攻擊性預測力最高。最後本研究提出建議呼籲健全觀念的建立及教育與輔導措施的加強,供有關人員之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of this research were to explore the relation of junior college students' personality traits and school adjustment behaviors and how personality traits influence school adjustment behaviors. All 593 five-year college sophomore students were chosen as samples of the study, 158 males and 435 females.「Lay's Personality Test」and 「School Adjustment Behavior Scale」 were used as research instruments in this study. The results of the study revealed :1. no very significant difference existed between male and female students in both personality traits and school adjustment behaviors; 2. personality traits and school adjustment behaviors were significantly related; 3. the influence of personality traits on school adjustment behaviors existed, and the greatest influence was on peer relationship; 4. aggressiveness、 rhathymia、objectivity、thinking tendency and general activity were five effective predictors of school adjustment behaviors, aggressiveness was the most effective one among them. Suggestions referring to building correct conception and enhancing educational and guidance measures are presented for reference. |
