中文摘要 | 本研究係以控氣式實驗用焚化爐,來探討一般家庭垃圾及加工區事業廢棄物之混燒處理,依高雄市一般家庭垃圾及加工區事業廢棄物兩者之排出量,分別作97:3、94: 6、90: 10及85: 15等四種比例的實驗。結果顯示當氣化室、燃燒室溫度分別在400-700°C及800-1,00O°C時,並供給適當的空氣量,其煙囪排氣之opacity為0-5%,且排氣中粒狀物、NOx、SO₂、HCl、CO等監測物濃度,均符合規定之排放標準。排氣中粒狀物之粒種小於1μm,燃燒室溫度高時,排放之CO值較低,其粒狀物粒徑較小,顆粒表面較光滑且幾乎呈圓形;燃燒室溫度低時,會排放較高溫度的CO,燃燒較不穩定,其產生之粒狀物顆粒粒徑較大,且呈不規則形狀。由本研究結果顯示,加工區產生之高熱值事業廢棄物可與一般家庭垃圾在適當的焚化溫度下,作不同重量比例之混燒,且處理效果良好。 |
英文摘要 | A batch-type controlled-air incinerator was used to investigate mixed burning of MSW from Kaohsiung and IW from export processing zones (EPZ). According to the relative production rates of MSW of Kaohsiung and IW of EPZ four ratios of 97:3, 94:6, 90:10 and 85:15 were chosen for experimentation. During the mixed burning of these two wastes, the chambers of vaporization and combustion were operated at 400-700°C and 800-1,000°C, respectively, and adequate air was supplied. The results showed that concentrations of the incineration products at the stack exit, including particulate, NOx, SO₂, HCl, and CO, met the emission standards of Taiwan, exhaust gas of the stack was smokeless, the opacity of the stack gas was between 0 to 5%. The diameter or emitted particulate was less than 1μm. When the combustion chamber was operated at higher temperature, emitted CO concentration was lower, and diameter of emitted particulate was smaller with smooth surface and approaching spheric shape. On the other hand, when the combustion chamber was operated at lower temperature, higher CO concentration was emitted, burning was less stable, and the emitted particulate size was larger with irregular shape. The results of this study indicated that the IW of EPZ having high heating value can be well burned with MSW at appropriate incinerating temperature regardless relative amounts in the mixture. |
