中文摘要 | 為了解台北市士林北投區青少年的高膽固醇血症、營養狀況、及飲食習慣,自民國78年10月起至79年11月間,在台北市士林北投地區,抽取14所學校包括,國小5所988人,國中4所504人,高中5所584人,做24小時飲食回憶、問卷調查及全血膽固醇檢驗,其中24小時飲食回憶,以自行開發之電腦軟體做快速的資料整理分析。 血膽固醇男生平均147 ± 31 mg/dl,女生平均152 ± 34 mg/dl,女生顯著大於男生,而國小學生明顯高於高中學生(153 ± 34 vs 144 ± 31mg/dl)。全部受檢者中,有19雲的高膽固醇血症。每人每日之熱量攝取平均值為2178KCaI,蛋白質為73.2g,佔總熱量之13.4,脂肪為76.9g,佔總熱量31.8,蛋白質攝取量在國小組超過35建議量,可其中以高中組(56)最低,鈣質普遍在建議量的60,維生素A均未達建議量,鐵質、菸鹼酸普遍未達建議量。三大營養素分配比率,脂肪有逐漸增加,醣類有逐漸減少的趨勢。一週內有1-3餐不吃的,在國中及高中約有30,而在國中一週中每餐都吃的只有50,每週4-6次以上外食的學生約有10,每週1-3次的占30。每天與父母進食的兒童全血膽固醇明顯高於沒和父母進食者,外食時進食過多的脂肪及空熱量,經常吃點心宵夜,也是影響中小學生營養的一項重要因素。高膽固醇血症已在年幼人口中有偏高的盛行率。而營養不良問題及飲食生活改變除了影響生長發育之外,對將來糧政,杜會也會產生影響,因此如何促進健康將是醫界及營養界的共同課題。 |
英文摘要 | Nine-hundred eighty-eight grade 5-6 students of which 504 from junior high schools and 584 from senior high schools were multiple stage sampled from 14schools in two north Taipei Communities. Twenty-four hours dietary recall, questionnaire survey, and cholesterol determined by reflotron from BoehringerMannheim were performed by dietitians and technicians in each school. Thedietary recall was analyzed by computer nutrition software. The calorie distribution of three macronutrients were 13.3, 31.8, and 54.8 for protein, fat andcarbohydrate, respectively. The protein intakes were often much over the recommended daily nutritent allowance (RDNA) except the students who missed themeals. The micronutrients insufficiency were most often seen among junior high school students, the calcium intake reached only 50 of the RNDA; vitA, iron,niacin were all under the RDNA. The serum cholesterol in male students (147 ± 31 mg/dl) was lower than that of female students (152 4 ± 34 mg/dl). In addition, the blood cholesterol in elementary school students, (153 mg/dl) was significantly higher than those of senior high school students (144 mg/dl), while blood cholesterol in junior high students was in the middle range (147 mg/dl). There was no correlation between blood cholesterol, body mass index and subcutaneous fat. |
