中文摘要 | 林口發電廠之除礦水廠設備原來都是採用傳統之同向再生,人工控制方 式。其中#1機之A、B兩組除礦水系統使用已逾二十年,設備老舊且性能已差。 為了提高純水製造品質與效率,乃將其中A組汰舊換新。新的除礦水設備係採用 逆向再生、PLC控制方式。改善結果大大提高造水品質與效率。本文旨為介紹此 設備之改善經過。 |
英文摘要 | An improvement was conducted on the Set A demineralizer of unit 1generator in Lin-Kuo Power Station. A traditiontional regenerationprocess originally with manual control system was employed overtwenty years, therefore this facility was aged and the performance wasunsatisfied. To enhance the efficency of pure water production andupgrade the water quality. Set A demineralizer was renewed by replacinga countercurrent regeneration process with a programable logic controller system. This replacement has significantly upgraded the water quality,and has promoted the efficiency of water production. Consequently, thisreport is aimed to record the experience of this improvement. |
