| 中文摘要 | 本研究運用鑽石高壓砧在室溫下進行氧化鎳粉晶之壓縮係 數之測定。為保持靜水壓,將樣本裝置於填滿甲醇與乙醇混合 溶液(四比一)之不鏽鋼夾套內進行壓縮實驗。壓力由紅寶石 螢光法測定。利用傳統之X--光為繞射源,以底片感光蒐集受壓 之樣本之繞射圖案。 將氧化鎳在靜水壓狀況下加壓至6.6GPa時之壓縮數據代入 Birch-Murnaghan 程式中計算,假設導數為4時;可求出體彈模 量之值為187±5GPa。本研究得到之氧化鎳之之體彈模量之值 與其它實驗結果及理論計算吻合。部分前人所得與本實驗結果 不符之原因,可能由於其樣本處於非靜水壓之壓縮環境及實驗 數值分析錯誤所致。 |
| 英文摘要 | The compressibility of synthetic polycrystalline of NiO was studied in a diamond anvil cell at room temperature utilizing a conventional X-ray source. The sample was compressed in a stainless steel gasket filled with 4:1 mixture of methanol to ethanol solution. Pressure was measured by the ruby fluorescence method. A standard cassette-film was used for the acquisition of the angular dispersive X-ray diffraction patterns of the compressed NiO. Hydrostatic compression of NiO up to 6.6 GPa yields a bulk modulus (K) of 187±5 GPa when the data are ift to the Birch- Murnghan equation assuming K is 4. A value of 187 GPa for the bulk modulus of NiO is justified on the basis of both experimental work and theoretical calculation. Discrepancy among this result and other published results can be accounted for by the difference in the geometry and hydrostaticity of the compression environment. |
