| 中文摘要 | 本研究就PAN/pitch(TL),PAN/CVI(E),pitch/resin/CVI(A)三種不同製程之 二維碳-碳複合材料,探討比較在兩種不同轉速(70rpm及2000rpm)下的磨潤行為。 實驗結果顯示:本實驗三種材料無論在高或低轉速,自生性碳潤滑層對於碳-碳的 磨潤行為具有決定性的影響。當磨耗面形成碳潤滑層,其磨擦係數及磨耗都隨著 滑動距離的增加逐漸趨於一穩定值。在低轉速中,TL碳-碳在磨耗初期即出現粉 狀磨耗屑層及對應較高的磨擦係數及磨耗量。在高轉速中,三種材料無論磨擦係 數或磨耗損失都大於低轉速者。其中,E材料在磨耗表面漸漸形成平滑碳潤滑層, 具有緩和磨擦係數及磨耗損失;對於TL及A材料而言,磨耗面為粉狀磨屑層所覆 蓋,且在本實驗中並無發展成潤滑層。 |
| 英文摘要 | The present study compares the tribological behavior of three different carbon-carbon composites under two different speed (70 rpm and 2000 rpm) conditions. The results indicated that the lubricativefilm was critical to lower both friction and wear. Under low speed condition, the TL composite had a powdery debris film as well as a much higher friction coefficient and weight loss in the first few meters than those of the other two composites. Whereas under high speed condition, the three composites had much larger friction and wear than those under low speed condition. For composite E,a lubricative film was formed on the worn surface to cause both friction and wear to decline; for A and TL, both of the worn surfaces were covered with a powdery debris and didn't develope any lubricativefilm within the testing distance. |
