中文摘要 | 武器系統的效益評估與最佳設計,屬於多準則決策應用問題。傳統的 數學評估模式,主要依靠有限的試驗數據及工程經驗,不能反應武器上之許多定 性要求(如安全性,可靠性,機動性等等);也不能反應武器設計與製造過程中,工 程人員之創造發明與科學技術之進步發展。使用模糊多準則決策可以有效避免上 述之缺陷。本文因此提出一個分析評估武器系統的新方法。即將分析層級程序予 以模糊化並建立一套有系統,有意義,又實用簡單的運算方法。基於模糊數學的 運算,吾人使用對稱三角模糊數做為評判尺度,藉由成對比較技術建立模糊數矩 陣,然後使用切割原理(α-cut),區間代數,區間平均值逼近等技巧去解模糊數矩 陣之模糊特徵向量,並經由層級之疊加組合,得到最後的評估權重結果。最後吾 人應用於一個防空快砲武器系統選擇和評估的例子展示此一新方法及其意義。 |
英文摘要 | The performance evaluation and optimal design of weapon systems are multiple criteriadecision making problems. The traditional multiple criteria programming is not flexible enoughin building the system evaluation model due to limited experimental data and human experiance. Nor it can accomodate qualitative requirements (such as security, reliabilit" iiianeuvability), human inspiration and technical advances in the process of design and manufacture of theweapon system. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm for evaluating weapon systems based on fuzzyAnalytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which is a multiple criteria decision making approach in afuzzy environment. We use the symmetric triangular fuzzy number to build the judgementmatrices through the pair-wise comparison technique. In order to estimate the fuzzy eignvectors of these matrices, we utilize interval arithmetic, a-cuts in conjunction with interval meanvalue. In this way, performance scores of the alternatives and the weights of the different attributes can be finally aggregated and compared. As a meaningful and practical tool, we applythe new algorithm to a weapon system evaluation and selection problem. |
