| 中文摘要 | 三爺宮溪為二仁溪流域中,污染最嚴重之支流。本研究於1988年11月至1989年10月間,自三爺宮溪之源頭至匯入二仁溪之交會口,共選定七個測站,分別進行浮游性與附著性藻類及各項污染質之月採樣分析,並應用生態指數及IBM/spss Package等分析生物相與生態因子之相關性。結果發現,各測站之有機物及重金屬之污染皆相當嚴重,污染量較高之重金屬為鉛、鉻、鎘、銅。由藻穎指數(AI)及河川污染指標值(WPI),均可推估三爺宮溪各河段皆為強腐水性水域,且水域中的有一些耐污性藻類,隨季節性消長,在水域中呈優勢種或優勢族群,且生物相中,藻類數量之變異與水質分析之BOD5及COD值之相關性甚低,而與氨氮及磷酸鹽之濃度有部份相關性,但與pH值之相關性較顯著;原生動物數量之變異則與懸浮固體量及重金屬鎘、鉛之相關性較明顯。 |
| 英文摘要 | San- Yeh-Kong Riveris the most severely polluted tributary river in the EII-Ren River System. Eighty-four samples were collected from seven sampling stations during Nov. 1988 to Oct. 1989. The composition and seasonal variations of planktonic and benthic biota as well as pollutants were investigated. The correlation between the biota and ecological factors was also studied by using the ecological index and IBM/spss Package. Thoughit was severely polluted by organic substances and heavy metals (such as Pb, Cr, Cd and Cu), some of the pollution-tolerant algal species of community were dominant in the San-Yeh-Kong River by succession. According to the Algal Index (AI) and Water Pollution Index (WPI), we found each section of the San-Yeh-Kong River belonged to the polysaprobe zone. The biomass of algae was not correlated to the BOD5 and COD values, only more or less to the PO4 3- and NH3 -N values, but had dearly correlation with the PH value. The biomass of protozoa had good correlation to value of suspension solids and heavy metals (such as Pb and Cd). |
