中文摘要 | 本研究係發表一新的鍍層內應力電腦化監測裝置及方法,其主要是應用個人電腦量測鍍層內應力,此新的裝置以電子訊號代替傳統機械量測,電子訊號經適當處理使量測鍍層內應力的精確度,靈敏度及方便性有很大改進。本裝置是用一非接觸式位移感測器監測一端固定實施單面鍍層試片困鍍層內應力引起之彎曲位移,將輸出訊號對時間微分而不需靠繪圖求斜率即可得瞬間內應力,此量測訊號能加以各種處理並記錄下來,若鍍層速率已知,則從試片彎曲之自由端點位移變化得知鍍層內應力,本裝置及方法可量測電鍍層、無電鍍層及其它鍍層產生之內應力,本研究之主要目的為提供一可靠的、精確的、耐用的及便宜的鍍層內應力量測裝置及方法。 |
英文摘要 | The present study relates to a new method and apparatus for digitalized monitoring internal stress within coatings. Basically what we have done is PC computerized, this approach by replacing the orignial mechanical read out by new hardware that provides an electronic output. Suitable signal processing of this output provides much improved sensitivity, convenience and precision in stress measurement. The apparatus has a non - contact displacement sensor and a bent cantilevel strip on which the coating is deposited on one side, the other side is insulated, having a deflection due to bend the strip which is indicative of stress in the coating. Time differentiation then provides an output proportional to the instananeous stress thus eliminating the need to obtain a slope from a graph of the data, which can be processed and recorded. The differential of the displacement of the deflection of free end bent strip to yield stress values directly is easy done if the plating rate has known. The present method and apparatus may be used for measuring stress which is produced by a coating layer of electrodeposit, electroless deposit and other coatings. It is a further object of the present study to provide an apparatus which is reliable, accurate, rugged, portable and low cost. |
