中文摘要 | 本文採用切片法提出一汎用形熱間壓延之解析模式,以探討非對稱壓延時板材之 變形舉動。使用本文所提出之模式,可迅速、容易地算出上下滾輪與板材間之中立點,沿著 滾輪板材接觸面之壓力分佈,壓延負荷及壓延扭矩等。同時有系統地分析了滾輪周速比、壓 下率、前後方張力等加工條件對壓延面壓分佈、壓延負荷及壓延扭矩之影響。另外,亦探討 了壓下率與滾輪周速比、或前後方張力之壓延極限條件。從壓延負荷之理論值與實驗值之比 較,可知本解析模式可提供一有用之知識作為設計非對稱熱間薄板壓延製程時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | An analytical model for general asymmetrical hot strip rolling was proposed in this work for investigating the behavior of sheet at the roll gap during asymmetrical rolling processes by using the slab method. Neutral points between the upper, lower rolls and strip, rolling pressure distributions along the contact interface of the roll and strip, and rolling fores as well as rolling torques could be easily calculated by this model. Rolling pressure distributions, rolling forces and roling torques, affected by various rolling conditions (e.g. roll speed ratio, thickness reduction, front and back tensions, etc.) , were systematically analyzed. In addition, the limiting rolling conditions between the reduction and roll speed ratio, or front and back tensions, under which the rolling process could be successfully accomplished, were discussed. The proposed model could effectively provide useful knowledge in designing the pass schedule of asymmetrical hot strip rolling processes, as indicated from a comparison of rolling forces between analytical results and experimental meusurements. |
