| 中文摘要 | 指尖因有其特殊的組織構造,所以指腹的缺損在做重建手術時,須特別的考量。過去雖有各種不同的局部皮瓣方法,但皆有其不同的缺點。林口長庚醫院自1988年到1991年計14例共15隻手指接受利用顯微手術轉移足部趾腹皮瓣做手指指腹的重建,而有9例10隻手指可供追蹤平均為37.8個月。術後平均二點區分之感覺測驗,靜態性為9.3mm,動態性為7.5mm,所有病人都能成功地利用所重建的手指,並對結果滿意。我們的經驗顯示利用顯微手術轉移足部的趾腹皮瓣來做手指指腹的重建,不僅能恢復其原有的組織特性,得到最佳的功能,並且避免局部皮瓣術所帶來的缺點。 |
| 英文摘要 | We report a follow up of a series of 10 digital pulp reconstructions using free toe pulp tissue transfer from the foot during 1988-1991. All patients used reconstructed digits successfully and all the reconstructed pulps were stable. The average moving and static two-point discrimination were 7.5 mm and 9.3 mm, respectively, and the donor site morbidity was insignificant. The patients' satisfaction was high. We conclude that free toe pulp tissue from the foot for digital pulp reconstruction is an ideal option. |
