中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為分析大腿肌肉在三種運動中的作用型態,並比較肌肉活 動程度的差異。以十名未曾受過膝關節傷害的健康年輕男性為研究對象,分別從 事下列運動,包括:等速膝關節伸展運動、下肢推蹬運動及腳踏車運動。記錄運 動中股直肌、半腱肌與股二頭肌的肌電圖變化,結果發現開放動力鏈運動中(等 速膝關節伸展運動),作用肌與拮抗肌在整個運動過程雖均有共同作用,但在運 動前、中期二者活動程度差異很大,拮抗肌在運動末期的活動程度才突然增加, 而在閉鎖動力鏈運動(下肢推蹬運動與腳踏車運動),股四頭肌與腿後肌活動程度 較接近,且共同作用的範圍也比開放動力鏈運動大,應可在運動中提供較佳的膝 關節穩定度。(中華物療誌1994;19(1):38-45) |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to analyzethe activation patterns of thigh muscles duringthree different exercises, and to compare thedifference of muscular activity level. Ten malesubjects without any previous knee injuriesvolunteered to participate in this study. Isokinetic knee extension exercise(IKE), leg pressexercise(LPE) and bicycle exercise(BE) wereperformed respectively. Surface EMG signalsfrom rectus femoris(RF), semitendinosus(ST)and biceps femoris(BF) were recorded duringexercise. The result revealed that the agonist and antagonist had coactivation during entirerange of open kinetic chain exercise(IKE), butthis condition was not obvious at the initial andmiddle phase. During entire range of closed kinetic chain exercise(LPE and BE), the difference of activity levels of quadriceps and hamstrings was much smaller, and range of coactivation was larger than that of open kinetic chainexercise. So, we presumed that the closed kinetic chain exercise should provide the betterknee stability. (JPTA ROC 1994;19(1):38-45) |
