中文摘要 | 本試驗於79年6-9月間,從高屏地區採集市販雞胸部肌肉檢體共150 件,以高效液相層析法檢測肉中sulfamonomcthoxine、sulfadimethoxine及 sulfachloropyrazine三種磺胺劑之殘留量。依設定之分析方法,其檢測結果如下: 三種磺胺劑標準品之分析靈敏度皆為0.175ppm;雞肉中殘留分析靈敏度則皆為 0.007ppm。150件檢體之殘留情形,以行政院衛生署76年公告之殘留標準O.1ppm 觀之,sulfamonomethnoxine, sulfadimethoxine和sulfachioropyrazine之殘留陽性率分 別為11.3、1.3和0. |
英文摘要 | A total of 150 samples of chicken-breasted meat sold in Kaoshiung and Fingtung werecollected from June to September, 1990. Residual levels of sulfamonomethoxine,sulfadimethoxine and sulfachloropyrazine of these samples were also tested with high performanceliquid chromatography. The sensitivities of the analysis for the three drugs in standard solutionsand chicken meats were 0.175 and 0.007ppm respectively. According to the tolerance residuallevel of O.ippm of sulfa drugs in chicken meat shown by National Health Administration,Executive Yuan, R.O.C., the positive residual rates of sulfamonomethoxine, sulfadimethoxine andsulfachloropyrazine in the 150 samples were 11.3, 1.3 and 0 "A respectively. |
