| 中文摘要 | 台灣位處地震帶,每年的地震往往帶來許多生命財產的損失。因此,研 究地震時地上物件如儀器、設備、機具做如何的反應是很重要的。本文的主旨即 在探討地震時這些地面物之運動反應。文中假設這些物体為方底長方形的柱体, 物体與大地之交互作用以一橈性的基地(foundation)來處理,此一基地是由分佈式 的線性彈簧及阻尼所構成。本研究的一個待色是使用了古典力學的方法導出方底 長方形柱体在橈性基地上三維的運動方程式,並以電腦模擬將物體的反應:擺動 (rocking),滾動(rolling)、上下的垂直位移(vertical displaCcement)表現出來,做直接 的觀察。因此,此一模型(model)不但擴張了前人研究擺動問題的空閘.其接近實 際現象之真實性、可觀察性都增加了。在傳統二維研究裡不能做的研究,例如對 三維運動的關係、分析、由三維擺動轉變成二維擺動的特殊現象等,可以藉其實 現。 |
| 英文摘要 | Earthquake in Taiwan is a serious problem. Every year earthquakes yields many property damagesand sometimes even hurt people. Therefore the response of objects such as equipment, devices, machinesunder earth-quakes is a very important research topic. In this paper, the motion response of a square baserectangular block under earthquake excitations is studied. The foundation on which the block stands ismade of distributed linear spring and dashpots. The Lagrangian equation of classic mechanics is used toderive the equations of motion of the system. Numerical method is used to solve them, and final resultsare shown through the block's 3-D rocking, rolling, and vertical displacement. This new model expands therocking problem research to three dimension and is more close to the real world situation ; and the 3- Drocking motion, rolling and vertical displacement can be directly observed. |
